Jeremy is an enthusiastic young Golf Professional who has been teaching all levels of golfers since turning professional in 2008. Jeremy has a strong focus on junior development and has seen many great results from his young students.
Jeremy was the trainee Golf Professional at Castle Hill Country Club where he kick started his coaching career. After caddying on the PGA Tour of Australasia and coaching in China for 2 years, Jeremy took the role as Director of Golf at Harrington Waters Golf Course.
After a 5 year stint at Harrington, Jeremy moved back to Sydney to take a full time coaching role at Thornleigh Golf Centre.
‘Thornleigh Golf Centre taught me a lot. Being around that many great coaches with years of experience coaching the game of golf has given me so much valuable knowledge.’
Jeremy does not believe in coaching any one particular swing technique as he prefers to build a golf swing around the shape, height and physical abilities of the student. Jeremy beleives strongly in filming his student’s golf swing using the Digital Coaching System to properly explain to his students their swing faults and the best way of fixing them.
Jeremy is a strong believer in golf fitness and how the correct exercises, weight training and stretches can improve your game. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the ‘short game’ and has a variety of putting and chipping drills that are sure to improve that area of your game.
‘I love my role here at Lynwood Golf and I am very excited and privileged to have a world-class facility to coach at.’
